Goodrock.com offers an extremely customer-friendly exchange & returns program. We appreciate your business and will gladly help you to make changes if you receive your order and want to alter it. Unlike our competitors, we are proud to offer 60 DAYS RETURN TIME and a NO RESTOCK FEE policy.
GUIDELINES:

-items must be in new & resellable condition. includes no smoking odors, sweat, or perfume scents.
-items were not worn or washed in any way.
-items are returned within a time span of 60 days of order receipt.

Exchange and returns are made to our PO BOX address which is in a secured postal facility. Please contact us if you need to make an exchange/return via UPS or FEDEX.
EXCHANGES:
See the above guidelines. Please include your full name, address, order #, with a note explaining what you need to exchange (check our website for in-stock product info). Reshipment fees are your responsibility and must be included with your exchange request. USA reshipment fee: $4.80 1st item, $1 each item after. INTERNATIONAL reshipment fee: Please contact us for rates as it varies by country. Exchanges will process with the first mail drop after receipt and we'll send you a reshipment notice email.
RETURNS:
See the above guidelines. Please include your full name, address, order #, with a note explaining what you need to return. We will return the retail price quoted on your receipt. Shipping is non-refundable. Return payment will be issued to the credit card used to place the order, which usually takes 3-7 business days for visa, mastercard, etc. to process and display on your account. If you paid via check, cash, or money order, we will issue your refund back to you via the regular mail. Returns MUST meet the guidelines listed above or we will not allow the return. Returns will process as soon as possible and we'll send you a refund notice email when it processes.
