to place a mail order, add the items on our website to your shopping cart and check out. at checkout you will be given your shipping rate. select "mail order" for payment options and you will be guided to print out an order form for you to mail in with your payment. all mail orders must be sent with payment or we will not ship the order.
we ship internationally to most countries in the world. you will have the option to see your shipping cost and order total BEFORE you check out once you select your items. orders will ship via USPS global priority mail (w/ tracking number) where available and USPS air mail where USPS global is not available.
if you are ordering by mailorder, proceed to the shopping cart checkout and select the "mailorder" option. we reserver the right to request additional information to verify your order or cancel your order if we can not verify it. your government may require you to pay import tax/customs fees when you pick up your order. please consult your local post office to see if this applies to you. we are not responsible for these fees.

due to past issues with fraud and inconsistent delivery concerns, we do not allow or ship orders to mail forwarding or reshipment services.

when you place your order online will will authorize your credit card for the order total. when your order is packed and shipping we will then capture (i.e. formally bill your card) the order total. if your credit card declines for any reason you will get a message at the end of checkout telling you that your card declined. retailers are not given a reason for why a card declines. it may be typed-wrong, de-activated, expired, have insufficient funds, or flagged. if this happens, please call the 1-800 customer support number on the back of the card.

if your credit declines, you will see a message at the top of the checkout screen. retailers (like goodrock, or any store, really) are not given reasons why a credit card declines. we suggest checking to be sure your credit card is correctly typed. after that, the fastest way to see what is wrong is to call the credit card customer support number on the back of your card.

money orders & cashier's checks are checks that don't have to be cleared. they can be obtained at any local bank, grocery stores, western untion, and post offices very easily. many of our customers purchase these at places like the USPS post office, USP Store, local bank, Target, Kroger, and Wal-mart.
all orders are displayed and must be paid in USA dollars. if paying by credit card, most credit cards will automatically do the currency conversion for you. if paying by check/money order/cash you must make your payment in USA funds (USD-dollars).

all normal tshirts are 100% cotton and 99% of them are pre-shrunk. other shirts vary, and the material is stated in their respective descriptions. the specific brand they are printed on varies widely, but we regularly see brands such as hanes, american apparel, gildan, fruit of the loom, and ammo. click here for sizing information.
the lines are just the way we example our tshirts online. they're regular tshirts like you wear everyday. so a black shirt with white lines around it does not actually have physical white lines around it. the same follows for white shirts with black lines. most shirts, unless specified, are a solid base color.
kentucky state residents (usa) must pay 6% state sales tax on their order. it will be calculated when you order.
if you live outside the USA, your country may impose an import tax on your order when it arrives in your country. you are responsible for this tax and must inquire with your local post office to see if it exists. goodrock does not profit from this tax. it is issued by the government is most locations.
at this time we do not generally wholesale, although we consider offers on a case-by-case basis. please feel free to contact us.
we do not print catalogs. our "catalog" is our online website which has the most current and up-to-date information about our products. if you are shopping for a later date you can use our "wish list" capability at the top of the screen to save items for later.
prices are noted by the products you select via our online store. shipping costs will be displayed before you checkout. all prices are in USD - usa dollars. if you are placing a mail order, order your items in our shopping cart and select "mail order" at checkout.
we will accept cash payments in usa dollars but STRONGLY prefer you mail a personal check, money order, international money order, or cashier's check as they have protections built into them that cash does not. if you pay via cash, please CONCEAL YOUR MONEY in your order envelope. we are not responsible if your mailorder is lost or stolen as a result of using cash. to date, we have not had an issue with this. all mail orders go to our post office box which is a secured delivery location.
we usually only have what is listed on the web page. most bands do not make xxl shirts available due to a lack of demand. when possible, we try to stock these sizes becuase *we* are aware of the demand. if you have a specific shirt in a size we do not offer,
please let us know.
we ship to APO, FPO and all USA military mail centers. just select the appropriate branch when you are checking out your order.
