restricted access- all systems containing customer information of any kind are access restricted by password, authentication, encryption, physical access limitations, and other undisclosed methods. our systems are regularly upgraded to maintain the highest possible level of security.
customer access - we will provide use & order support to customers that properly verify their info (such as address, order number, email, etc.). goodrock will NEVER ask you to submit your credit card information to us via email or unsecured method. users may also review our customer-friendly privacy policy. in general for online ordering anywhere, we suggest use a CREDIT card issued from a bank that offers limited/no-liability in the event your information is ever stolen in "the real world" or via the internet.
fraud monitoring - we actively monitor all orders, electronically and manually for potentially fraudulent use. we reserve the right to take additional steps to verify your order or cancel any order we can not fully verify.
