To place a mail order, add the items on our website to your shopping cart and check out. At checkout you will be given your shipping rate. Select "I will mail in payment" for your payment option. We must receive payment before we will ship the order.
Anyone can place an order. Membership is not required.
To order, simply go to a product page and select the applicable "add to shopping cart" button. Follow the instructions to register an account with our site and proceed through checkout.
International Order Information
We ship to most countries around the world. Shipping cost options will be displayed during checkout, or you can click the "estimate shipping" button in your shopping cart. At this time we ship international orders via USPS.
We reserve the right to request more information to verify your order, and to cancel the order if we can not verify it. Your government may require you to pay import tax, duties, or customs fees when you pick up or receive your order. Please consult your local mail service to see if it applies to you. We are not responsible for these fees and do not receive payment from them.
If you are ordering by mail order, select the "I will mail in payment" option during checkout. We must receive your mailed payment before we will ship the order. The payment should be in USD (USA dollars) from a USA deposit-able bank.
Due to fraud, security, or inconsistent delivery concerns, we do not ship to:
Afghanistan, Cyprus, Estonia, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania, Singapore, Taiwan, Tunisia
Due to past issues with fraud and inconsistent delivery concerns, we do not allow or ship orders to mail forwarding or reshipment services.

When placing an order online, we will authorize your credit card for the order total. When your order is processed for shipping we will then capture the total (i.e. formally bill the card). If you card declines, you will see a message at the top of the checkout page. If this happens and you are sure your card is OK, we suggest calling the 1-800 number on the back of the card. Often times cards are restricted, mis-typed, expired, or have insufficient funds.

Yes! We accept Google Checkout for all customers. Add the items to your shopping cart, and then select the Google Checkout payment icon on the shopping cart page.
Yes! We accept Paypal for all customers. Simply choose the Paypal payment option during checkout.
If your card declines during checkout, you will see a message at the top of the payment screen. Retailers (like Goodrock.com) are not given reasons why a card may declined. We suggest double checking to be sure the card info is correctly typed, and if it still fails you can call the 1-800 number on the back of your card for support.

Money orders and cashier's checks are another form of bank checks. They can be obtained at any local bank, grocery store, Western Union office, and post offices very easily. Many of our customers purchase these at places like: USPS post office, UPS Store, local bank, Target, Kroger, or Walmart.
Our prices are displayed in and paid in USA dollars ($, USD). Most credit cards will automatically do currency conversion for you.

The vast majority are 100% preshrunk cotton. Any other material used will be listed in the product description in addition to shirt fit (i.e. slim-fit style or regular fit). Specific brands vary widely from week to week (see sizing info above) but brands such as Hanes, American Apparel, Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, and Ammo are common. Click here for sizing information.
The lines are just the way we example our tshirts online. They're regular tshirts like you wear everyday. A black shirt with white lines around it does not actually have physical white lines around it. The same follows for white shirts with black lines. most shirts, unless specified, are a solid base color.
Kentucky state residents (USA) must pay 6% state sales tax on their order. It is automatically paid during checkout.
If you live outside the USA, your country may impose an import tax, customs tax, or pickup fee on your order when it arrives in your country. You are responsible for this tax and must inquire with your local post office to see if it exists. Goodrock does not profit from this tax. It is issued by the government is most locations.
At this time we do not generally wholesale, although we consider offers on a case-by-case basis. please feel free to contact us.
At this time we do not print catalogs, Our main catalog is our website which was the most current information about our available products.
Prices are noted in each product page, and shipping costs before you complete checking out (or by pressing the "shipping estimate" button in your shopping cart page. All prices are in USA dollars ($, USD).
We will accept cash payments but strongly prefer check, money order, or cashier's check as they have protections built in to them that cash does not. If you pay via cash, please CONCEAL YOUR MONEY in the envelope. We are not responsible if your mail order is lost or stolen as a result of sending cash. To date, this has not been an issue. All mail orders go to our USPS post office box which is a secured delivery location.
We usually only have what is listed on the product page. Most bands don't print XXL shirts due to a lack of demand. When possible, we stock these sizes because *we* are aware of the demand. If you have a specific shirt in a size we do not offer,
please let us know.
Yes! We ship to APO, FPO and all USA military mail centers. Just select the appropriate branch when you are checking out your order. Do not select the country you are shipping to. Military addresses ship at USA domestic rates.
